In this three-hour long workshop you will learn how to make Mozzarella, Feta and Haloumi.
You will be taught by Pauline Korevaar of Farmhouse Kitchen. All equipment and ingredients to make cheese are provided. Just bring yourself, no prior experience is required. Light refreshments included. You will go home with a full set of course notes, including recipes and instructions. And, of course, you’ll take some of your cheese home to show off! These classes are a lot of fun, great value and fill up fast so get your friends together to come and discover the art of crafting cheese. You can order your Italian Cheese Kit when you book your ticket for the price of $ 42.50 (RRP is $ 49.90) .
