We want all of our families to have a special Christmas so we are asking for your help to make this happen.
We are looking for generous donations to go towards the Christmas Cheer Appeal for Hastings children, families and individuals to make it a special time for everyone. Here are some of the categories of those in need we would love to help this Christmas:
- Gifts for adults in the family eg: Mums, Dads and Grandparents
- Gifts for those living in emergency housing
- Gifts for people experiencing homelessness
- Gifts suitable for members of large families
- Gifts for families living with and managing serious health issues
- Gifts for first time mums
- Gifts for single parent families
- Non-perishable food items are also welcome
For those wanting to make online monetary donations, internet banking payment can be made to the Flaxmere Baptist Church Community Trust to account number: 01 0646 0021425-55
You can drop off donations at Hastings, Flaxmere and Havelock North Libraries.
Together we can make this Christmas a very merry one for all of our whānau and friends. Mere Kirihimete!
