Skateboard Lessons @ Bay Skate

Whether you're just starting out on a board and want to learn the basics or are trying to upskill, we've got the thing for you! Here at Bay Skate, we provide skateboarding lessons for all ages and skill levels.

At beginner lessons you will learn how to push, turn and balance; as well as get started on tricks like ollie's and drop ins. You'll learn the fundamentals and basics to get you rolling around comfortably and confidently. If you can already do all this then the intermediate-advanced lessons might be more suited to you.

The intermediate to advanced lessons will push you out of your comfort zone and get you working on more flat round tricks such as shuvits, kickflips, 180s, board slides and more. You'll also advance and upskill on your transitional tricks such as, 5050s, airs, stalls and grinds. **You must be able to drop into a ramp and ollie before moving up into these classes.

We offer private lessons upon request at $60 per hour for up to 3 skaters.

We also run weekly free sessions for females on Thursdays from 5pm-6pm. No booking required. **The Thursday sessions are more laid back where you come in to skate and our coach is available on site if needed.
