**SOLD OUT**
Two of New Zealand’s premiere singer-songwriters take the stage together for the first time in half a decade. Dave Baxter (Avalanche City) and Luke Thompson met over 20 years ago studying music together in Hamilton and have been friends and collaborators ever since.
Following two successful theatre shows in Auckland and Tauranga, the pair are taking their endearing live show to more theatres and special venues around New Zealand.
Avalanche City is an NZ Indie-Folk artist with multiple #1 hits. ‘Love, Love, Love’, a hopeful summer anthem, won the 2011 Silver Scroll and became a mainstay of NZ Radio and TV. He’s headlined shows across Europe, US, Australia and NZ.
Luke Thompson is a veteran singer-songwriter, touring with artists such as Toto, Passenger, Boy & Bear and The Paper Kites. His 2016 self produced album ‘Hosts’ was nominated for NZ Music award for Best Folk Album. The last 12 months has seen him play over 30 shows in China where he has a loyal fanbase in the world's most populated country
Dave and Luke are excited to bring their memorable performances to these beautiful spaces around New Zealand.
