This walk starts at the main entrance of the Mōrere Hotsprings.
This short walk leads from the main entrance of the Mōrere Hotsprings to the hot pools. The walk leads through lush stands of Nikau palms and alongside the Mangakawa stream. Along the way signs point out plants, trees, animals and local history.
Don’t forget your bathing suit and enjoy either a hot or cold soak after going for a walk or simply just realx in the pools. It’s especially nice to relax in the hot pools on a cool and rainy day.
